Description
Although there are many functions in the system that really only apply to corp management and seeing if a corp member is good via the eve api, but possibly having a hard wired usergroup called something like "friendly" or "blue" for those of us who want to allow them limited access for authorization purposes with external scripts.

Now everyone can create an account.
All characters from the provided api keys are stored in the db.
When updating user accesses, we look for positive standings on their characters (corps, alliances too). And put the users in the according groups.
Then, UrlPermission can do the rest of the job.

also make a system where someone can register as if they are putting in an application.
