Manual Activation of Account

As is expected with a bunch of drooling carebears, some of them can't even find the activation email. I grabbed the activation code for some of the users directly from Registration profiles, but with some of them having an IQ around room temperature, they failed to tell me they didn't get the activation before the 2 day expiry.

What is the manual process for activating an account without killing the system? Do I delete the record in Registration profiles and toggle the Active field on their Users entry?

yes you can do this without problems. You dont even need to delete the registration profiles. The scheduler will do it automagically.

I'm getting this strange error when trying to register a member:

Sorry , but the server was not able to send an email .

Reason: '%' is not a valid tag library: Template library % not found, tried django.templatetags.%,django.contrib.admin.templatetags.%,django.contrib.staticfiles.templatetags.%,compressor.templatetags.%

Please contact the administrator. ##########

The user gets created and is functional after manually activating him. Any thoughts?
